SUMMARY:
The JCC seeks a highly organized, resourceful, flexible and positive team player to assist their busy Marketing team. This individual will be helping our team stay on top of projects by providing daily social media support, basic design and website updates, posting events to online calendars, gathering and uploading marketing collateral from partners and clients and handling a variety of other administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Social media
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and create posts
Upload content to Social Media channels
Help to create video content
- Design support
Format e-news for various interest areas
Create images for social posts (Canva or Adobe) Make basic website updates, as assigned using WordPress
- Pull Quarterly Marketing Stats
Organic Social Stats & Google Reviews
Google Analytics – web stats
Campaign Monitor – email stats
- Account Support
Assist account managers in gathering and organizing images, graphic assets, etc. - PR support
Post event listings to appropriate community/media calendars.
- Administrative
Manage in house print requests.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Passion for using content to inspire and share stories
- Strong interpersonal and marketing communications skills
- Able to successfully juggle multiple tasks each day
- Quick learner, especially of technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Significant experience with Word Press, Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro, email marketing software.
- Positive experience with ChatGPT a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Gravity Forms a plus
- Photography and video skills a plus
PHYSICAL SKILLS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position does allow for some remote work, but the Marketing Coordinator should be in our Owings Mills office at least 3 days a week.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend time sitting and using a computer, laptop or phone. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $21-$23/hour – depending on experience.
