Social media provides a diverse and powerful tool that cuts across PR and marketing, but also provides numerous opportunities for missteps and blunders. If you attend you will learn how to: handle defamation and bad reputations online, protect your company’s IP online and avoid infringement of others’ IP, and learn how social media issues affect highly-regulated industries, as well as employment, advertising and privacy issues related to social media activities.
