Hearst-owned WBAL-TV, WBAL NewsRadio and WIYY-FM 98 Rock are Baltimore media staples. And on Tuesday, September 17, BPRC members can find out what’s new and the best ways to work with all three stations at the first in-person program of the new BPRC year!

Telling Baltimore stories since 1948, WBAL-TV 11 is a leading source for breaking news, weather, politics and sports in Maryland. Their award-winning 11 News Investigates is solutions-based reporting. And as Maryland’s NBC affiliate, WBAL-TV also airs local programming such as 11 TV Hill. WBAL NewsRadio 1090 AM and 101.5 FM first went on the air in 1925, but has been all news/talk since 1985, winning 19 national Edward R. Murrow Awards since then. WIYY-FM 98 Rock has been Baltimore’s rock music station since 1977 — a rare station that has kept the same format for decades. WBAL NewsRadio and WIYY-FM are the official radio broadcasters for both the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens Radio Network.
